Service for veterans at risk of or experiencing homelessness, especially those without support networks or struggling to engage with local services. It assesses needs, arranges supported housing, or helps prevent homelessness through tenancy sustainment. This includes working with local authorities and charities for extra support. Available 24/7. Veterans at risk of or experiencing homelessness. Referrals are accepted from various sources, including the public, homelessness and veteran charities, local authorities, The Defence Transition Service, or directly from the veteran themselves, and can be made via an online referral form
