What

Out of hours support for Newham adult residents experiencing a mental health crisis. Open evenings and weekends, it aims to reduce immediate crisis and provide safety plans for those living with mental health problems. This includes reducing isolation, increasing independence and self-management and improving wellbeing by drawing on strengths, resilience, and coping mechanisms. It does not aim to provide long-term support. See website for more information.
