Fit For Health – Exercise Referral Programme

A 16-week physical activity referral programme helping people aged 16 and above living with a long term health condition, including cancer. It offers support to be more active including studio-based group circuit classes and gym-based sessions. Sessions are tailored to meet individual need and ability, delivered by a specialist health instructor. See website for more information.
