MENTalk, Supporting Men with their Mental health and Well-being

Social group supporting and encouraging men to open up about mental health issues they face. Meetings are held every Friday at 7pm. It also has a blog and Facebook community and holds charged Cognitive Behavioural Therapy sessions at £30 a session. It also holds local evens to raise money and awareness for mens mental health.
