Mental Health Support Group – St Leonards-on-Sea

What

Support group for adults aged 18 and over who are experiencing, or have experienced, depression, low mood, or anxiety. Run in person on Mondays, 6pm to 7.15pm, between September and December 2025, it aims to offer an inclusive space which welcomes everyone. Facilitated by Psychotherapist Chris Rolls, the group will accommodate up to ten people and cost £20 / £10 (unwaged concession) per session. See website and/or contact for more information.
