Support group offering practical help to anyone aged 16 and above living with ME/CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome), Long Covid and Fibromyalgia. Led by retired Occupational Therapist, Clare Berrington, it provides information, clinically proven recovery strategies and the chance to meet others with shared experiences in a small group setting.
