Charity for people living with life limiting conditions and their loved ones and carers. It offers nursing and hospice care, a free support line and information and support on all aspects of dying, death and bereavement. Hands-on care and emotional support is given in people's homes and at its nine hospices. Its bereavement support service offers emotional support in up to six free sessions by phone, for those aged 18 and over. See website for details.
