Macmillan Social Care Coordinator – Northampton

Macmillan service for people living with and beyond cancer. It offers a social care needs assessment to those having treatment, as well as their families, children and carers. It also provides advice, information and signposting to support services. You may be seen on the wards or departments, outpatient clinics or in your own home.
