It offers emotional support, a quiet room to talk privately, an in-house Benefits Advice Service (in conjunction with Citizens Advice Bureau), Macmillan HOPE Programme, regular volunteer wellbeing calls service, energy advice referrals, home/ ward visits, and signposting to national and local services and support groups.
