It offers free, confidential and independent advice on benefits, charitable grants, household budgeting, and healthcare and travel expenses. Support is available by phone Monday to Thursday 12.30-3.30pm, with face-to-face appointments for patients of St Bartholomew's, Newham University, Whipps Cross, Royal London and Homerton hospitals.
