NHS service providing help to people living with cancer related lymphoedema and for those with complex oedema at end of life. It offers specialist advice, support and management including preventative advice and management for those at risk of developing lymphoedema. See website for more information.

In health clinics, community hospitals, hospices, nursing or residential homes or in the patient's own home, across west Hertfordshire

Who

People registered with a Hertfordshire GP who have lymphoedema as a result of cancer or its treatment. Referrals are made by healthcare professionals and must be sent to Queensway Health Clinic, Hatfield, Herts, AL10 0LF. Referral enquiries through 03000 200 656
