Charity providing help and support for disabled people, Deaf people who use British Sign Language, and those with long-term health conditions. It offers a confidential helpline, free accessible counselling sessions, advocacy to help people understand their rights, a range of support services for the Deaf community, and signposting to support for those waiting for an NHS appointment or treatment. It also offers practical services including advice about sensory equipment, public transport confidence training, and its Countryside Mobility scheme for hiring off-road scooters.
