Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council – Walking Netball Group

What

Walking netball group for adults aged 18 and above of all abilities. Sessions start with a slow warm-up, followed by stretching exercises, memory games, skills and drills, shooting competitions and a 10 to 15 minute netball match. After the session, there's the option of staying for tea/coffee and a chat. Usually held on Tuesdays, 11.30am. Contact to register and for more information.
