Lakelands Hospice

What

Hospice offering palliative care and support to people living with life-limiting conditions. Its services include pain/symptom management, social activities, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, complementary therapies and spiritual care. The Hospice at Home care service gives overnight end of life care. It also gives counselling and bereavement support to loved ones and runs a carer's support group.
