Kent and Medway Carers’ Emergency Card

What

Free emergency card helping to identify carers in case of an accident or sudden illness so that the person they are caring for is informed and can receive other support. The card includes the main Kent Council Emergency Carer telephone number and has space for the carer to write down the number of someone to contact in case of an emergency.
