Keep Talking Services – telephone befriending service in Kent and Medway

What

Telephone befriending service offering support to people aged 18 and above, including those living with mental health conditions. It pairs you up with a volunteer trained Health and Social Care student who will call you on a regular basis to offer a listening ear. This is not a crisis service. To access, you must be referred by a professional such as your GP, Social Prescriber, local authority or from another charity. See website, their socials and/or contact for more information.
