Hydro Therapy Support Group for people

Community swimming group led by an instructor aimed at supporting people in treatment or remission from cancer. The class runs from 2:15pm until 3:00pm on Sundays and is £7 per person and takes place within a private heated swimming pool. Classes aim to be relaxed and specialised and is kept small of up to five people. Anyone wishing to attend the class can email or call the number below, or book online.
