Hospice and community hub providing support for people with life-limiting conditions, their loved ones and carers. The community hub is open from 10am-2pm, Monday to Friday. Services include a drop in Wellbeing Network on Tuesday afternoons and a Digital Support Service for help with online tasks. Inpatient facilities are awaiting QCQ’s approval.
