Heart and Sole Walking Group

Walking group for people experiencing loss and bereavement. Meeting every other Wednesday at 3.30pm to 5pm in Saltram Park, it offers the chance to meet others with shared experiences and get support and exercise. Contact Saffron for more information including meeting point details.
