Independent charity providing free, confidential and impartial information about social care and health services in Essex and signposting to relevant local health services. It listens to people's experiences of using local health and social care services, and delivers this to health providers and commissioners. They also run unpaid carer workshops and a men's mental health peer support group. See website for more information.
