Gentle exercise class – Whitley Bay

Charity offering gentle exercise classes for people living with cancer. A range of equipment is provided to help improve and maintain movement, mobility, strength, stamina and flexibility. Classes cost £4 and are in person on Mondays and Fridays at 1pm, with refreshments after for people to socialise. Contact to book a place or for more information.
