Day care centre supporting older people with a range of age related conditions, including short-term memory loss and dementia. It provides support, activities and the chance to meet others. Visits are based around individual needs, hobbies and interests, choosing from activities such as trips to out to the local community, gardening, exercise, quizzes and sing-alongs, baking and cooking, and arts and crafts.
