Fighting Fit, Gainsborough – physical activity programme

What

Physical activity programme for people living with and beyond cancer in Lincolnshire. Meet others with shared experiences and take part in low impact group fitness sessions, led by cancer rehabilitation coaches. Held on Wednesdays, 10am to 11.30pm. The first ten sessions are free, then £4 per session after that. Consult your cancer team or GP before making any lifestyle changes. Some exercise programmes may not be suitable alongside certain cancer treatments. See website for more information.
