Family Fund – grants and support for families with disabled and seriously ill children

Charity for parents/caregivers of disabled children or children living with a life limiting condition, on a low income or receiving certain benefits. It offers financial grants which may be used for days out, short breaks, equipment and more. It also provides information and signposting to families on money and benefits, mental health and wellbeing, and on their child's education. See website for more information.
