Charity for adult residents in London city and Hackney who may be socially isolated, have long term health conditions, or be experiencing social issues like financial hardship. They offer in depth assessment and then referrals for participation in local community based services, including lunch clubs, gardening groups, benefits advice, exercise groups and social support.
