Everyone Active’s Exercise Referral Scheme – Rickmansworth

What

Exercise referral programme for people aged 16 and over who are inactive for whatever reason, including those with cancer. It offers twelve weeks of physical activity sessions at a discounted rate compared to normal membership. This includes access to the gym, swimming pool and group exercise classes. Referral is via health care professional. Consult your cancer team or GP before making any lifestyle changes. Some exercise may not be suitable alongside certain cancer treatments.
