Dorothy House Hospice Care

What

Hospice providing palliative and end of life care to people living with life-limiting conditions, both at the hospice and in home and community settings. Care services start at diagnosis and continue through to bereavement support for family, carers and children. Self-refer or be referred by a healthcare professional. Inpatient Unit in Winsley. Care provided in people’s homes and community settings across Bath and North East Somerset (BaNES) and parts of Wiltshire and Somerset

Adults living with life-limiting conditions, their loved ones (including children) and carers
