Free dance classes for people living with and beyond cancer. Funded by Lingen Davies Cancer Support, I Can Dance classes aim to be fun, friendly and uplifting and suitable for complete beginners. The Telford class runs on a Wednesday, 11am to 12pm. Consult your cancer team or GP before making any lifestyle changes. Some exercise programmes may not be suitable alongside certain cancer treatments.
