Service offering round the clock emergency help and support to help people stay safe and independent in their own homes, including people with cancer and their carers. People in receipt of pension credit are not charged for this service. An alarm unit is installed and activated by pressing alarm pendant or button on unit. This alarm call goes to a local contact centre which will give appropriate help. See website for more information.
