Coastal Carer Club – support group for unpaid carers

What

Support group for anyone who's caring for a loved one or someone important in their life. It provides different types of entertainment to give people respite from the stress of everyday caring, as well as information and signposting to other support agencies. Meeting in person on the first Monday of every month, 2pm to 3:30pm. See website or contact for more information.
