CLEAR- Mental Health and Wellbeing Support Courses

What

Group based service offering support to help people cope with their mental health or anger challenges. There are different courses people can take part in such as sessions to do with confidence and anxiety. On each quarterly timetable there is a number of one events and trips. After attending a welcome session you would be assigned a Key Worker for a one to one initial assessment. Visit website for more information.

Where

Huddersfield town centre. Groups take place in both South Kirklees (Huddersfield) and North Kirklees (Dewsbury)

Who

People aged 18+ living in Kirklees registered with a GP. Referrals are accepted from other professionals, or via self-referrals.
