CHUMS – emotional wellbeing services for young carers and their families

What

Charity supporting children and young people aged 5 to 25 who have a practical caring role for someone with a disability, chronic or serious illness, mental health condition, or learning difficulty. It offers group and individual support, school visits to identify and support young carers, trips, and activities to help carers maintain their own wellbeing and build resilience. They also offer peer support training and sessions which allow young adult carers to gain experience volunteering. See website or contact for more information.
