Chris the Mindset Coach – physical activity class for those with neurological conditions

What

Weekly class offering physical activity to those living with a neurological condition such as Parkinson's, Dementia, MS, or the effects of a stroke, and their loved ones. The class aims to provide a range of physical activities to improve strength, balance and coordination. Held in person every Tuesday, 1pm to 2pm, with the option to stay and socialise afterwards with a tea/coffee. You must be stable and cleared to exercise by your healthcare professional or GP to take part. See website for more information.
