Carers Emergency Card – Wiltshire

What

Carers Emergency Card is free for all carers aged 18 and over, including parent carers. Carers area able to record care needs and name alternative carers for emergencies. If the cardholder has an accident or becomes unwell, anyone can call the 24/7 helpline to trigger a care response. The card shows no personal details, only a unique PIN and the call centre number.
