Carer’s Catch-Up – monthly carer support group

What

Support group for people caring for someone living with dementia or other health conditions. It provides a safe space for carers to talk to others who may be going through similar challenges in a relaxed and friendly setting over refreshments. Carers can share any stresses, practical tips and ideas, have a break and feel less alone. Meets on the first Friday of each month from 2pm to 3:30pm. The person being cared for is also welcome to attend. See website or contact for more information.
