Charity providing free information, support and advice to people living with cancer or dealing with bereavement. Services include complementary therapies, symptom relief, relaxation, counselling, group activities, children and young people's services and drop-in support. Opening hours are 9am - 8pm Monday to Wednesday and 9am - 5pm Thursday to Friday. See website for more information. Consult your cancer team or GP before making any lifestyle changes. Some therapies and changes in diet, may not be suitable alongside certain cancer treatments.
