Cancer Rehab Class – Guildford

Exercise referral programme for people living with and beyond cancer. Led by qualified exercise instructors, it offers a low level group exercise class with movements that can be done sitting or standing. After the class, there is the chance to socialise and take refreshments with the rest of the group. Consult your cancer team or GP before making any lifestyle changes. Some exercise programmes may not be suitable alongside certain cancer treatments.
