Course for people living with or beyond cancer. Held in person in a group setting on Friday 3rd October 2025, it aims to provide a safe space to explore your emotions and learn the tools to help manage your emotional wellbeing. Designed and created together with people who have experienced cancer, who are part of the Lincolnshire Macmillan Cancer Co-production Group with support from healthcare professionals.
