Support programme for people who are on a recovery period in their cancer journey. It offers relaxation techniques, goal setting, developing 'way forward' strategies and using techniques to encourage positive thinking. Meetings take place over a six-week timeframe and is delivered in a variety of locations throughout Northern Ireland.
