Cancer Rehabilitation – Swinton and Pendlebury Leisure Centre

What

Programme supporting anyone living with or beyond cancer to be physically active. It aims to help people exercise safely around treatment side effects, manage/reduce the impact of side effects, and improve longer term outcomes. It offers group classes such as all ability circuits, yoga, tai chi and qigong, wellbeing gardening sessions, walks, swimming and aqua, and one to one support in the gym. Some exercise may not be suitable alongside certain cancer treatments.

Anyone living with and beyond cancer who are registered with a Salford GP or have a Salford address. Self refer or get referred by a health professional
