Bright Hope – Support Cafe – Ashby

Support group for people living with life-limiting conditions including their carers and loved ones. It offers a space to talk, share experiences and take part in activities like arts and crafts, relaxation and exercise. Often hosted by guest speakers, it is held every Friday, 1.30pm to 4pm in Ashby-de-la-Zouch. See website for more information.
