Breastfriends Cardiff and Vale – breast cancer support group

Support group for people living with breast cancer. It offers a chance to meet others with shared experiences each month, and hold events that provide dietary advice. Cardiff meetings take place on the second Friday of the month at 1pm. Barry meetings are held on the third Friday of the month at 2pm. Check the website for the latest updates. Consult your cancer team or GP before making any lifestyle changes. Some changes in diet may not be suitable alongside certain cancer treatments.
