Birmingham Black Carers Support Group (BBCG)

What

Peer support group for unpaid carers from African Caribbean backgrounds. It aims to offer information, advice, practical and emotional support, and the chance to socialise and meet others with shared experiences. Meeting in person six times a year on the following dates in 2026: 25th February, 22nd April, 3rd June, 9th September, 21st October and 9th December, with guest speakers on topics relevant to carers and free holistic therapies.
