What

Not for profit organisation providing a physical place for people in the local community to meet up for support, exercise and information. It hosts social meet ups, including those for people living with cancer and their carers and loved ones, as well as exercise classes and a job club. See their Facebook page for more information. Consult your cancer team or GP before making any lifestyle changes. Some exercise may not be suitable alongside certain cancer treatments.
