Barbershop Chronicles – Black Men’s Mental Health Programme

Free monthly programme offering Black men a space to discuss their mental wellbeing. The aim is to foster open discussions, share experiences, and learn coping strategies for challenges such as stress, anxiety, and depression. The Barbershop Chronicles are usually held on the third Wednesday of the month, 7pm onwards, at Seven Star Barbers.
