Age UK East Sussex – supporting people aged 50 and above

What

Charity providing information, advice and support services to people aged fifty and over. It offers advocacy, phone befriending and home support such as shopping, cleaning and gardening. It also supports people leaving hospital, and provides a range of social, art and exercise activities at the Isabel Blackman Centre. It's drop in advice hub for anyone affected by cancer runs at a separate location three days a week. For more information, see website and/or contact.
