Adapt North East – Transport service

What

Transport service for people who are disabled, elderly and/or socially isolated that find it difficult to access services. Become a member to use the scheme, it's £7 per year for individuals. It also helps disabled people get their voice heard, run an affordable community café and have wheelchairs for loan. For more information and to check eligibility, see the website.
